Is Relly good for beginners or should you have some marketing experience already?

If you have no marketing experience, Relly is perfect for you. But even if you’re not brand new to the world of marketing, Relly offers great tools and tips you can use to boost your brand.

Does using Relly take a lot of time?

Don’t worry, we know you’re busy. With Relly, you’ll never get trapped in an hour-long tutorial. We designed Relly to be bite-sized. Which means you can spend as much or as little time on it as you like.

How do I know that this will work for me and my industry?

If you have a product, service, or experience you promote then Relly is designed for you. Seriously. Not only is our plug-n-play content transferable to a variety of industries, you have access to experts who will answer questions specific to you and your business.

I’ve heard the Relly social media tools are awesome.

Um, that’s not really a question, but you heard right. We make social media easy. We’ll show you topics to post about, help with DIY content, suggest when to post, and offer graphic templates you can use for that professional look. You can even import your social media posting schedule straight to YOUR calendar so you’re always on track. It just takes a click!

What do I get with my Relly subscription?

It depends upon which plan you choose, but ALL plans include core workbooks and guides to help you craft your brand voice, identify your ideal customer, and walk you through creating your own marketing strategy and 12-month plan. Unlike other platforms, our platform comes with weekly sessions where experienced marketers will answer your marketing questions. To make things even easier for you, we give you access to our “awesome” social media tools (see above). We make DIY content a breeze, from figuring out what to post to creating attention-grabbing graphics.

Who are “Relly experts?”

Relly networks with professionals across the country and across disciplines in order to provide you tips and insights from industry experts who “walk the walk.” We’re always adding to our community of experts in order to offer you more value for your Relly subscription.

Does the content on Relly ever change?

Absolutely! We didn’t build Relly as a set-it-and-forget-it content library. Instead, we’re always monitoring trends and tools and keeping the Relly community updated on anything that could impact your marketing. Plus, we add new bite-sized courses each quarter for things that move the needle for your business. While you’re never locked into a long-term subscription, our goal is to be your marketing partner for a long, long time!

How long will I have access to the content?

You get lifetime access to Relly! That is, unless you cancel. We’d hate to see you go.

Can I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can upgrade or cancel any time you like. We hate getting locked into long-term contracts too, so we’d never do that to you. We’d love for you to upgrade. We’d hate for you to cancel. But it’s always up to you. (By the way, if we aren’t meeting your needs or you think there is a way we can improve our platform, let us know! We will do everything we can to make sure Relly is helping you achieve the goals you set out for yourself and your business!)
